Wohoo makes the management of a private event easier for the organiser and more readable for the guests in a complete and simple app.

Wohoo brings together in a simple mobile application, what you need in the organisation, management and communication of your private event.

As an organiser, you have a centralising app where you can see who is coming to your event and who is not. Your guests have the opportunity to take knowledge of the information at a glance. You can share some tasks with your guests using our to do list tool. A chat is provided to help you organise your event with your guests.

You organise your birthday, pool party, roadtrips with Wohoo and your guests will receive a text message and a personalised internet link to answer your invitation and see all the information. On this page, they will be invited to download Wohoo to benefit from the chat and the to do list. Your guests do not have to download Wohoo to see your event.

As an organiser, you can:

- Invite your friends, colleagues, sport teammates to your event
- Give the information of your event (date, time, address)
- Explain in a short description what the event is about
- Easily see who is coming and who is not
- Chat with your guests

As a guest, you can:

- Join or decline the event
- Find all the information needed either on the website or on the app
- Use the chat once Wohoo downloaded
- See the ‘to do list’ once Wohoo downloaded
